    SMEs reports there have been latency issues for both FSPRD and SAPRD applications. First latency reports received at 10AM.

    SMEs are continuing to investigate this situation.

    Database administrators restarted application servers one at a time (not impacting users), the restarts cleared the high IO issues and batch processing times have appeared to return to normal. Technicians continue to monitor the situation and will follow-up with log analysis to try and determine a root cause.
